Streaming

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Bandcamp and the rest each have their own requirements. Tell us where you're releasing and we'll deliver 24-bit masters ready for all of them.

Vinyl Masters

Vinyl needs its own master. We control the low end and harsh high frequencies and set the level for the length of each side, so it cuts cleanly. We'll match your pressing plant's specs.

Compact Disc

DDP (Disc Description Protocol) is the current way many replication facilities request you send your CD to master. You can upload the file rather than to send a physical CD.

Singles or Albums

We can master a single or an entire album. Our specialty is in bringing a mix to a higher level rather than the traditional approach of minimal adjustments. Your release will win any "Volume War" and will sound stellar.

Send us your mixes. We listen first, then quote. Nothing is charged until you agree to the price.

How it works

Fill in the form and upload your files: one stereo mix for each track.
We listen to your mixes and email a price and schedule within 2 business days. The price depends on the mixes, so we can only quote once we have heard them. If the project isn't a fit for us, we'll tell you: we reserve the right to decline any job.
If you agree, we send an invoice. Pay it (or the agreed deposit) before work begins. A delay in payment delays delivery.
We master and send you download links.
Listen and tell us what you think. One round of adjustments is included; technical problems are always fixed.
Tell us the masters are approved.

Before you upload

Nothing on the master bus: no limiter, clipper or loudness plugin Peaks between about −6 and −3 dBFS No fade-outs: each song runs to its natural end (tell us about fades on each track above) Bounced at the session’s sample rate, 24-bit or higher (32-bit float is fine) I have kept my own copy of everything

We prefer 24-bit WAV at your session’s sample rate, but send whatever you have: we convert.

We confirm your price after listening, before you pay anything. If it changes, you decide whether to go ahead. Well-mixed tracks can lower the price.

Your files are safe with us

Your files are stored privately and only we can open them. If we don't take the job, we delete them. When the job is finished, we delete the online copies and keep an archive copy on two of our own drives, which are not connected to the internet, in case you ever need your files again (ask us any time and we will delete it too). Either way, we email you a deletion receipt listing every file removed.
