How do credits actually work?
Every bank is made of packages - one-shots, drum loops, instrument loops, stereo mix, stems - and each package has its own credit price. You spend credits on the packages you want, not on the whole bank. So if you only need the drums, you only pay for the drums.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits roll over month after month. If you don't use all 100 credits this month, you'll have 200 next month. Build up a balance and spend it when the right bank turns up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no penalties. You keep any unused credits, and everything you've already downloaded stays yours forever.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays active - you just stop receiving new monthly credits. You keep your redeemed sounds, your unused credits, and you can still log in to regenerate download links. Resubscribe whenever you want and the credits start again.
When do I get my annual bonus credits?
Annual subscribers get them immediately on subscribing. Monthly subscribers get them after twelve consecutive months, as a loyalty bonus.
